Shipping & Returns Information

Currently we ship within the United States and Canada only. You will have shipping options available upon checkout. These are the shipping methods available to you: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Upon checkout, please specify which of the above methods you’d prefer.

Processing and Shipping Times:

Orders that arrive before 10.30am EST Mon-Fri typically go out the same day. Orders that arrive after 10.30am EST typically go out the next business day. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays.

Any order submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for first class and priority USPS shipping. Keep in mind, any shipping method you choose, may take longer depending on weather conditions. You will receive tracking information when your items ship.

Items only proceed to ship once your payment is clear (sometimes this process may take up to 48 hours).

CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours and email us at [email protected]. Please note: there are no guarantees your order can or will be cancelled due to the fact that it may already be in the process of being shipped, however, we’ll do our very best to assist you if you need to cancel.

RETURNS:

We truly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us by email asap ([email protected]) for a replacement.

Include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely (the item must be sent back to us; return shipping is paid for by consumer). For your protection, we recommend you purchase insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned.

There will be more information regarding such an issue on the packing slip when you receive your item.

Please bear in mind that we may not always have a replacement piece(s) ready in-stock; if you desire a replacement, it would require approval from our returns department via email communication, and then we can inform you of the anticipated time it would take us to re-ship the replacement back to you.
